1. Who this applies to
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone who accesses or uses the Z3NTRA application (the "Service"), operated by Z3NTRA LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Z3NTRA," "we," "us," or "our") — whether as a trial user, a paying subscriber, or someone an account holder has otherwise given access to.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password confidential, and tell us right away if you believe your account or a connected system's credentials have been compromised. Each account is meant for one person — don't share login credentials to let multiple people work under a single account, and don't create multiple accounts for yourself to extend a free trial or otherwise get access you wouldn't normally have.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service to, or in a way that:
- violates any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or the systems and networks connected to it, or to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any of these without our prior written permission;
- introduces viruses, malware, or other code intended to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or anyone else's systems;
- interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service — including excessive automated requests, scraping, or any use of the API or web interface designed to circumvent normal usage limits;
- reverse-engineers, decompiles, or disassembles the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- resells, sublicenses, rents, or otherwise makes the Service available to any third party outside your own organization without our prior written consent;
- impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
- uploads, syncs, or transmits content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes another person's privacy or intellectual property rights; or
- uses the Service to store or process categories of data it isn't designed to handle, such as payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or protected health information — Z3NTRA is a task-prioritization tool, not a system of record for regulated data.
4. Connected third-party systems
Z3NTRA lets you connect external systems — Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Jira, Zendesk, ClickUp, LiveAgent, Smartsheet, a custom REST API, and others as we add them — using credentials you provide. You're responsible for making sure you're authorized to connect each system and that doing so complies with that provider's own terms of service. Don't connect a system using credentials you don't have the right to use, and don't use a Z3NTRA connection to do anything on a connected system that would itself violate this policy or that system's terms.
5. Administrative access
A small number of Z3NTRA administrators can access any account to provide support or investigate a security or abuse concern, including signing in as that account ("impersonation"). Every use of this access is logged. We don't do this to snoop — see our Privacy Policy for more on how and why this capability exists.
6. Enforcement
Violating this policy may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of your account, at our discretion and depending on the severity and nature of the violation. For serious violations — attempts to compromise the Service's security, for example — we may act without advance notice. Where reasonably possible, we'll try to give you a chance to correct less severe issues first.
7. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is violating this policy, or you've found a security issue, please tell us at legal@z3ntra.ai.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify account holders. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
