Connecting ClickUp

A personal token, and how per-list custom statuses get matched automatically.

Set up

  1. In ClickUp: avatar → Settings → Apps → API Token → Generate.
  2. In Z3NTRA: Systems → Connect a system → ClickUp, paste the token.
  3. Optionally set a Workspace ID if your token can see more than one workspace; leave blank to use the first one visible.

What gets pulled in

Tasks assigned to you across the workspace.

What write-back changes

Title, description, deadline, and priority write directly.

Status is per-list in ClickUpEvery list can define its own status names, so Z3NTRA fetches that list's configured statuses and picks the best match by type (open → To do, closed → Done) or by name for anything custom in between. If the guess is wrong for your workflow, set explicit status names under Advanced.
