Creating documents from a task
Turn a task into a real document in one click, with its context already filled in.
A task's Documents section can spin up a document straight from the task — title, description, status, deadline, and a link back to the source system go in automatically. The document is created through the connected provider's actual API, not just recorded as a Z3NTRA note.
Providers
- Demo docs works with no setup — it writes a page you can open right in the browser, so the whole flow is real from the first click, even before connecting anything.
- Google Docs creates an actual Google Doc, and can share it with everyone at your organization's domain in the same step ("Share with org").
Connect providers under Integrations. Google Docs connects via a sign-in prompt rather than a pasted token; if it isn't configured on the server yet, it stays visible but explains that plainly instead of pretending to work.
Documents already created stay listed on the task even if you later disconnect the provider that made them.
